The New York Giants acquired defensive end Boogie Basham from the Buffalo Bills on Tuesday, according to sources. It's unclear what the Giants sent to Buffalo in return. In a corresponding move, the Giants cut 2019 third-rounder Oshane Ximines on Tuesday. Basham was a second-rounder for Buffalo out of Wake Forest in 2021. The 25-year-old had 20 total tackles and 4.5 sacks in his two seasons with the Bills, and he adds depth to a Giants outside linebacker group that was thin behind starters Kayvon Thibodeaux and Azeez Ojulari. The G-Men also acquired former first-rounder Isaiah Simmons from the Arizona Cardinals last week, and he will work primarily with the team's inside linebackers in 2023.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
