Max Kepler Dealing With Migraines

Minnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler (head) left the game early on Thursday against the Cleveland Guardians due to a migraine. Before departing the contest, Kepler went 1-for-3 with an RBI and a strikeout. He just recently returned from the 10-day injured list due to a hamstring injury, but hopefully his migraine issues won't force him back to the IL anytime soon. For now, fantasy managers should consider the 30-year-old left-handed hitter to be day-to-day. In 32 games played for the Twins so far in 2023, Kepler has really struggled at the plate, batting .198 (23-for-116) with five doubles, six home runs, 15 RBI and 19 runs scored.
