En route to a dominant decision win, Song Yadong earned a fifth-round TKO by finishing Ricky Simon in Saturday night's main event. In 21:10 of action, Yadong tallied 105 significant strikes, 45 more than Simon. He was also able to stuff seven of Simon's nine takedown tries on the night. Proving to be the quicker, more solid striker, Yadong kept his foot on the gas pedal in the championship rounds to earn a TKO stoppage after a big left hand floored Simon with follow-up shots. Yadong moves to 9-2-1 in the UFC and has won four of his last five contests.--Matt Bricker
