The Jacksonville Jaguars officially released cornerback Shaquill Griffin on Wednesday, according to sources. Griffin, who is only 27 years old, should attract plenty of attention as one of the best cornerbacks on the free-agent market this offseason. He played in just five games in 2022 due to back and hip injuries, but Griffin has been fully cleared medically. Griffin made the Pro Bowl in 2019 with the Seattle Seahawks and had 49 tackles (36 solo), seven passes defensed and one forced fumble in 14 starts in his first season with Jacksonville in 2021. The former third-round pick by Seattle in 2017 has 262 solo tackles, 12 tackles for loss, one sack, six interceptions and 59 passes defensed in his six NFL campaigns to this point.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
