The Athletic's David O'Brien reported Monday that Atlanta Braves outfielder Jordan Luplow (oblique) has been slowed by oblique soreness early in spring camp. The 29-year-old signed a one-year deal with the Braves this off-season. While he is a strong defensive player, Luplow slashed just .176/.274/.361 with 11 home runs, 28 RBI, and five steals in 234 plate appearances last season. The Braves already have a number of potential outfield options, including Marcel Ozuna and Eddie Rosario. Luplow's low batting average and lack of upside in counting stats limit his fantasy value, and a potential injury would further diminish his chances of seeing playing time.--Connelly Doan
