Toronto Maple Leafs center Auston Matthews (knee) is hoping to get back into the lineup for Wednesday's clash with Chicago. He practiced Tuesday with a regular jersey and it looks like he will be able to return a few days ahead of schedule. Matthews was ruled out for three weeks with a knee sprain on Jan. 27. His return is set to push John Tavares back to the second line, while Calle Jarnkrok will be bumped from the top six down to the third line. Matthews was on a hot streak before getting hurt, going scoreless only once in 11 games. He has amassed 25 goals and 53 points in 47 appearances over the course of the season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
