San Jose Sharks goaltender Kaapo Kahkonen recorded his third career shutout on Tuesday with a 28-save effort in a 4-0 win over Montreal. It's his first-ever shutout in a road contest. This was a bolt out of the blue, as Kahkonen has massively struggled this season and his goals-against average was near 4.00 entering Tuesday's action. He was able to drop it to 3.43 with his Tuesday's performance, and Kahkonen is now 3-5-2 for the season with a .884 save percentage. The Finnish netminder has started a temporary stint as San Jose's No. 1, with James Reimer (lower body) landing on Injured Reserve at the beginning of the week.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
