New York Rangers defenseman Ryan Lindgren collected two assists in Saturday's 4-3 loss to Edmonton, but he also suffered an upper-body injury. The 24-year-old was injured in the third period in a collision with Edmonton's Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. Lindgren ended up with 16:01 of ice time and added one shot and two blocks to his stat line with two penalty minutes and one hit. He will be considered day-to-day for now. Lindgren is really only useful for fantasy managers who need hits and blocks, but he's an important piece for the Rangers and there's going to be a shake-up on the first defensive pairing if he has to miss time. Both K'Andre Miller and Libor Hajek got a chance to skate with Adam Fox when Lindgren missed a pair of games earlier in the month.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
