After a very solid first round on Saturday, Tresean Gore locked in a second-round guillotine for the win, just as it looked as though he may have gassed out from his efforts. Forty-nine seconds into the second round, Gore caught Josh Fremd on a takedown try and locked in a submission for the win. The majority of the 5:49 of the contest saw Gore in control with 2:46 of control time against Fremd. The win gives Gore his first in the UFC and may just be the win he needed to turn the tide in his very young career. Gore will have growing pains, but this is a good sign from the young fighter.--Matt Bricker
