Cleveland Browns starting linebacker Jacob Phillips (pectoral) tore his pectoral muscle in the Week 7 loss to the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday and will now likely require season-ending surgery, according to a source. An already bad Browns run defense just got worse with the loss of Phillips, who will finish his 2022 season with a career-high 46 tackles (29 solo), two sacks and a pass defensed in seven games (four starts). The Browns will be hoping that the recently acquired Deion Jones, a former second-round pick of the Atlanta Falcons, can step up with Phillips most likely not coming back until 2023. Firing up opposing running backs against the Browns defense has been a good strategy in fantasy football this year.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
