Los Angeles Kings goaltender Jonathan Quick is expected to get the nod for the team's season opener on Tuesday against the Golden Knights. The American veteran will be kicking off his 15th campaign in the league. With Calvin Petersen pushing hard for playing time, Quick managed to produce a nice bounce-back campaign last season, going 23-13-9 with a 2.59 goals-against average, a .910 save percentage and two shutouts. Petersen was 20-14-2, and the two are set to share the crease again in 2022-23. Quick has a chance to make an early impression in a matchup that hasn't actually suited him very well through the years. The three-time All-Star has a 5-8-1 career record against Vegas with a 3.99 goals-against average and a . 875 save percentage.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
