Pittsburgh Steelers pass rusher T.J. Watt (pectoral) underwent knee surgery to "clean up a preseason injury that lingered into the regular season," according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. The reigning Defensive Player of the Year was already recovering from a torn pectoral muscle that was expected to sideline him for six weeks, but the knee operation will likely delay his return even further.
