New York Giants rookie safety Dane Belton (collarbone) has suffered a broken collarbone and will be sidelined an extended period of time, according to sources. It's a tough break for the fourth-rounder, as he had been making a strong impression in training camp. There remains hope that he can be ready for the start of the regular season, but The Bergen Record's Art Stapleton is reporting that Belton will miss six to eight weeks. The 21-year-old should return at some point this season, but he'll miss valuable repetitions in training camp and the preseason leading up to his first NFL campaign.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
