New England Patriots defensive tackle Davon Godchaux signed a two-year, $20.8 million contract extension on Wednesday that includes $17.85 million fully guaranteed at signing, according to agents Drew Rosenhaus and Ryan Matha. The Patriots also have Christian Barmore on the interior of the defensive line, but Godchaux impressed in a starting role last year by recording 65 tackles (32 solo), one sack, five QB hits and one forced fumble in 17 games in his first year in New England. The former fifth-round pick of the Miami Dolphins in 2017 out of LSU has just four sacks in five NFL seasons, though, so he's well off the fantasy radar in IDP leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
