New York Mets starting pitcher Carlos Carrasco was removed from his start against the Houston Astros on Wednesday due to an apparent injury. He was lifted in the third inning of the game and left the field with a team trainer. The team has yet to reveal the nature of his injury. His final line for the day was 2 1/3 innings, four hits, two walks, five earned runs and two strikeouts. He was touched up for three homers in the game.
