The New Orleans Saints are expected to sign All-Pro free-agent safety Tyrann Mathieu, according to sources. The signing should be finalized in the coming days. This move has been talked about for weeks, but the Saints finally acted on it after the draft, with the Honey Badger coming home after playing his college ball at LSU as a New Orleans native. The 29-year-old is expected to serve as a starter in a strong Saints secondary that also includes cornerbacks Marshon Lattimore and Paulson Adebo and safety Marcus Maye. Mathieu was a Pro Bowler for the third time in his career last year when he had 76 tackles, six passes defensed, three interceptions, three fumble recoveries and a sack in 16 regular season games with the Kansas City Chiefs.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
