Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones continued his solid start to the 2025 season in Week 7, completing 23 of 34 pass attempts for 288 yards and two touchdowns in his team's 38-24 win over the Los Angeles Chargers.

Jones has been consistently efficient through his first seven games with the Colts, recording 1,790 passing yards and 10 passing touchdowns while completing over 70% of his pass attempts. With Jones under center, Indianapolis has been one of the NFL's best offenses, scoring at least 31 points in five out of seven games.

Based on what he has shown so far, Jones should be in the conversation as a starting fantasy quarterback on a week-to-week basis. He'll get a favorable matchup in Week 8, when the Colts host the Tennessee Titans.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield completed 28 of 50 attempts for 228 yards with one touchdown and one interception. He also took four sacks for a loss of 18 yards and loss a fumble that Tampa Bay ultimately recovered.

It was the ugliest game of the season for the 30-year-old quarterback, as he posted his lowest passing total since Week 1 in Atlanta, when he threw for just 167 yards. Mayfield entered the game with a banged-up group of weapons, and things only got worse when Mike Evans (collarbone) went down with a significant injury.

Ultimately, it was a disappointing result in what was expected to be a shootout, but Mayfield should bounce back in Week 8 at New Orleans.

Veteran quarterback Aaron Rodgers' first season with the Pittsburgh Steelers has gone so well that the team "could rethink its 2026 quarterback plans," according to ESPN's Dan Graziano. The Steelers are definitely going to scour the draft market for a QB of the future for next year and are already doing so.

Still, Graziano writes that if you ask people with the Steelers whether they'd consider bringing Rodgers back in 2026, "the answer would be a resounding yes." The future Hall of Famer has "maintained his elite ability to throw the football" and is moving much better than he did in New York with the Jets last year. Rodgers is now healthy and a full two years removed from tearing his left Achilles in 2023, and it's showing.

The 41-year-old hasn't been an elite QB1 for fantasy, but he's coming off a four-touchdown performance in Week 7 against the Bengals and has a 14:5 touchdown-to-interception ratio in six games as he enters a Week 8 revenge game against his former team, the Green Bay Packers.

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye continued to prove he's one of the best young players in the NFL by dominating the Tennessee Titans in Week 7 and leading his team to a 31-13 win.

Maye completed 21 of 23 pass attempts for 222 yards and two touchdowns, adding eight rush attempts for 62 yards as well. The 23-year-old has now thrown for 1,744 yards and 12 touchdowns while also rushing for 200 yards and two touchdowns through his first seven games of 2025.

He's topped 250 total yards in every week but one so far this season. Maye looks every bit like a must-start fantasy quarterback heading into a Week 8 matchup with the Cleveland Browns.

Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix completed 27 of his 50 pass attempts for 279 yards, two passing touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 7 win over the New York Giants.

He also added 49 rushing yards and two rushing touchdowns. The Broncos couldn't get anything going for most of this game as they were held scoreless through three quarters. However, fueled by Nix's four scores, the Broncos marched back in the fourth quarter, scored 33 points, and pulled off an improbable 33-32 win at the buzzer.

Nix ultimately had his best fantasy performance of the season, moving into low-end QB1 territory going forward. He should be started in most leagues ahead of a potential Week 8 shootout against the Dallas Cowboys.
