Who Should I Start for Fantasy Football Week 7? Bo Nix, Matthew Stafford, Sam Darnold, C.J. Stroud, Justin Herbert, Tua Tagovailoa, Jordan Love, Caleb Williams, Justin Fields, Daniel Jones

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has been terrific this season, ranking as the overall QB10 in fantasy football. While he has a long track record of success in the NFL and has proven that this season's results are no joke, managers should temper expectations with the veteran signal caller this week. First of all, he will be without Puka Nacua (ankle), who is the heart and soul of Los Angeles' receiving corps.

That will leave Davante Adams as the de facto No. 1 receiver. While Adams is dominant, too, he hasn't flashed the strongest rapport with Stafford, which could be an issue now that he's in a bigger role. Furthermore, Stafford will be tasked with overcoming the challenges of international travel; he arrives in London on Saturday and will take on the Jaguars just one day later. Both of these factors reduce Stafford's fantasy value, but he still cracks the top 12.

It helps that Jacksonville has allowed the fifth-most passing yards to quarterbacks this season, as well as the 11th-most fantasy points to the position. Stafford is a low-end QB1 for this week.

New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields will be a riskier option than usual for Week 7's meeting with the visiting Carolina Panthers. The 26-year-old has done well for the most part to keep his fantasy value afloat via the run game in 2025. Still, he's likely to be without his primary weapon in the passing game, wide receiver Garrett Wilson (knee), after a fantasy dud against the Broncos in London.

Even if Wilson can suit up, it's unclear in what capacity he'll be available after a week's worth of missed practices. Carolina's defense hasn't given up too much yardage and is particularly stout against the run (94.5 yards per game [ninth-fewest]). However, they're yielding the twelfth-most points per contest (24.3), so if Fields can get the offense rolling, there is an opportunity for some fantasy goodness.

The fifth-year pro may be relied upon to create more frequently on his own this Sunday, but the loss of Wilson makes him a fringey QB1. Fields is officially RotoBaller's QB12 for Week 7.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones threw for 212 yards and two touchdowns while adding a third touchdown on the ground in a Week 6 win over the Arizona Cardinals. Jones' bounce-back season has been one of the best stories in the NFL this year as he has now thrown for 1,502 yards, eight touchdowns, and three interceptions while adding four rushing scores.

He will now head on the road to take on the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 7 as he looks to stay hot. The Chargers have been tough on quarterbacks this season, allowing the 25th-most fantasy points per game to the position through six games. That being said, the Colts and Jones in particular have been too good this season to fade due to a difficult matchup. Jones sets up as a top-12 fantasy QB heading into Week 7's games.

Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix comes into Week 7 as RotoBaller's 12th-ranked quarterback as he faces the New York Giants at home on Sunday. After Nix struggled against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 6 in London, he'll be looking to bounce back against a defense that has averaged 242 passing yards per game so far this season and has given up seven passing touchdowns so far.

Coming into the week with nine touchdowns on the season, Nix should be able to exploit the defense, as they have the home-field advantage. Start Nix this week as a fringe QB1 in 12-team leagues.

Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa had a turbulent week after calling out teammates after last week's loss and apologizing mid-week. He and the Dolphins will try to put that all behind them when they visit the Browns in Week 7 in a matchup of two 1-5 teams. Tua's numbers had been trending up with multiple touchdowns in four straight games before the Chargers held him to 205 passing yards and one passing score while snagging three interceptions.

Tua now has 11 touchdowns and seven picks in his six games this year and is averaging 202.2 yards passing per contest. He's the QB24 this week in RotoBaller's rankings, making him an ok start in dual-QB leagues, but not one to be very excited about against the Browns, who allow the sixth-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks this year.
