Fantasy Football Matchup Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 17:
Mike Evans, WR. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The fact that Evans has seen nearly double-digit targets in both games since returning is positive. The expectation is that Evans is going to continue being a focal point in the passing attack. Evans should be plugged in as a WR2 for the upcoming Week 17 matchup versus the Miami Dolphins.
Jakobi Meyers, WR, Jacksonville Jaguars
Against the Colts in Week 14, he earned his most targets of the season with the Jaguars, with 10, but only managed four catches for 39 yards, but salvaged his fantasy day with a touchdown. Given his consistent involvement with the offense, Meyers is a safe play in Week 17 for managers looking for someone reliable to start in their fantasy championship.
Kenneth Walker, RB, Seattle Seahawks
It could allow Walker to build on his best performance of the season in Week 16 when he scored 25.40 fantasy points against a tough Rams defense. Walker's volume is going to remain in the 12 to 15-touch range, but his potential for a big play will be high in Week 17. He is still a flex consideration considering his low floor, but Walker has RB1 upside this week. If you are a heavy underdog in your matchup, Walker could provide the upside you need to balance the playing field.
Tee Higgins, WR, Cincinnati Bengals
Still, not many (if any) can say that they have scored at least once in six of their last seven appearances. With a favorable matchup with the injury-plagued Cardinals defense on tap for Week 17, Higgins' ceiling is as high as ever. Keep him starting in all fantasy formats.
Drake London, WR, Atlanta Falcons
That could indicate that London is not fully recovered from his injury, as he remained limited in practice throughout this week. However, London's Week 16 participation seems to bode well for his Week 17 status, unless he suffered an undisclosed setback. The 24-year-old has recorded 63 catches for 837 yards and six touchdowns on 102 targets across 10 games in 2025. If active, London profiles as a low-end fantasy WR1 in Week 17 against the Rams.
