Who should I start for Week 13? Fantasy football outlooks for Drake London, Amari Cooper, Darnell Mooney. Our expert fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks.
Sometimes, it's easy to choose whether to start or sit a player in fantasy football. Only the biggest of overthinkers will think about sitting great players with great roles in great offenses. Most players can't avoid dud games, though.
Injuries happen. Sometimes, a player goes into a game with an injury, and it can be wise to bench them. Otherwise, you're better off just biting the bullet and hoping for the best.
Let's break down three receivers you may be on the fence about starting, whether due to their role or injury issues.
Should I Start Drake London for Fantasy Football?
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London is apparently dealing with a hip injury. It could be the same issue that cropped up earlier in the season. Typically, players accumulate injuries that last the rest of the season or often for the rest of their lives. They tend to play through those, though.

There haven't been reports that this is a serious issue, so you should act like it isn't. He should be started regardless of injury designations as long as he's active for the game. Be sure to stay updated, but he should play. Start him in all leagues.
Should I Start Amari Cooper for Fantasy Football?
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Amari Cooper continues to deal with a wrist injury that's been affecting his ability to contribute. It seems like he's on the mend, though. He logged two full practices this week. He's still on the injury report, though.

However, he could be removed from it entirely by the time the week is over. He's only had one full game in Buffalo before the issue popped up, and he caught four passes for 66 yards and a TD. He's still a fantastic route runner, and he's worth starting in Week 13 in most leagues as a WR3/flex with plenty of upside for more.
Should I Start Darnell Mooney for Fantasy Football?
While we're at it, why don't we talk about the other Falcons star receiver? Darnell Mooney (hamstring) is someone you should consider starting in leagues with 12 or more teams, but there's uncertainty around his hamstring injury, and he'll be facing a tough Chargers defense.

There's a bit more risk in smaller leagues, but he has plenty of upside. He's the WR14 on the season, and somehow still flying under the radar. If he were fully healthy, he'd be a must-start each game for the rest of the season due to his upside in his offense. Quarterback Kirk Cousins has a history of supporting multiple startable receivers for fantasy football.
But hammy issues are no joke. It's reasonable to exercise some caution. If he's fully healthy this game, he should be a lineup lock moving forward.
