Week 11 DraftKings NFL DFS Picks - Main Slate (2024): Brock Purdy, De'Von Achane, George Pickens, and more

DeVon Achane - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL DFS Picks, Injury News

Joe Nicely's DraftKings NFL DFS picks and lineup sleepers for the Week 11 (November 2024) Main Slate. His top daily fantasy football lineups to target for DraftKings DFS contests.

Hello, RotoBallers! Welcome back to our DraftKings Main Slate article. This slate has explosive potential, as we have some truly excellent game environments for DFS production.

These DraftKings lineup recommendations are based on matchups, projected DK points and ownership, overall upside/talent levels, and opportunity, as well as factors such as Vegas odds, home-field advantage, and more. There are quite a few great plays available on DK for Week 11 and this article includes a couple of my favorite options at each position.

Also, be sure to check out our weekly FanDuel DFS lineup picks and lots of other great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win MORE in 2024! Good luck with your DraftKings DFS lineups -- let's dominate this Week 11 slate together!

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 11 DFS Picks

Brock Purdy - SEA at SF ($6,600)

I led off last week's edition of this article with Brock Purdy, and at the risk of being stale, I'm again locking the Niners QB into my player pool for Week 11. As predicted, Purdy handled his business against the Bucs in Week 10, throwing for 353 yards and two TDs while racking up 26.8 DraftKings points against Tampa Bay.

Despite his recording 20+ DK points in each of his last four games (including a 24.1-point game against these same Seahawks in Week 6), Purdy's salary remains a very reasonable $6,600 for this matchup against a Seattle team that he's consistently dominated in his short career. The Seahawks have been one of the league's most generous pass defenses and are allowing 7.13 yards per attempt to opposing QBs.

Bo Nix - ATL at DEN ($6,200)

The Denver rookie continues to grow more comfortable as the season progresses, and Nix brings an underrated DFS floor to the table thanks to his rushing efficiency. Surprisingly, Sean Payton has let the rookie take some shots downfield. Nix has the most deep-ball attempts in the NFL this season (47) and stands second in the league in air yards (2,582).

In addition to his evolving downfield ability, Nix has been one of the NFL's most productive rushing quarterbacks in 2024. He's fifth at the position in both rushing attempts (61) and rushing yards (290), as well as third in rushing TDs (four).

In Atlanta, Nix draws an opponent that's consistently struggled to get pressure on opposing QBs and has allowed the NFL's third-most rushing yards (305) to the quarterback position this season.

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 11 DFS Picks

Kyren Williams - LAR at NE ($7,900)

Williams' box-score production has dipped a bit in recent weeks, something we can largely attribute to the fact he hasn't found the end zone since in either of L.A.'s last two. His volume has certainly remained elite, as he leads all NFL running backs in both snap share (89.2%) and red-zone touches (49) while earning the league's second-most carries (176).

The bottom line is that Sean McVay will continue to use Williams as a true workhorse back relentlessly every week. I like his chances of reaching the paint against a Patriots defense that's relinquished the NFL's third-most rushing TDs (10) to the RB position this season.

De'Von Achane - LV at MIA ($7,200)

Perhaps the biggest benefactor of Tua Tagovailoa's return to the Miami offense has been De'Von Achane. The dynamic second-year pro has averaged 24.3 DK points in five games with Tua and 6.97 DK points in four games without him. His role as the Dolphins lead back continues to solidify, as his 70% snap share in Week 10 was the third-highest mark of his career.

He draws a true smash spot against Las Vegas this week. The Raiders defense ranks 29th in Rush Defense DVOA and has coughed up 4.64 yards per carry to enemy backs this year.

DraftKings Wide Receivers - Week 11 DFS Picks

George Pickens - BAL at PIT ($7,000)

Russell Wilson's insertion into the Steelers lineup has been a godsend for George Pickens. He's recorded at least four catches and 74 yards in all three of Wilson's starts and totaled 276 yards and two scores across those outings. Pickens ranks No. 1 in Player Profiler's Explosive Play Rating (EPX), which factors in per-play efficiency and total volume of explosive plays created.

While Baltimore has historically been a defense to avoid, that's not the case in 2024. Following the departure of former defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald to Seattle, the Ravens secondary has crumbled.

Baltimore has been destroyed by opposing wideouts and ranks dead last in the NFL in Pass Defense DVOA vs. WR1s, most recently getting vaporized by Ja'Marr Chase for 264 yards and two TDs in Week 10.

Cedric Tillman - CLE at NO ($5,300)

The combination of a season-ending injury to Deshaun Watson and a midseason trade that sent Amari Cooper to Buffalo has supercharged second-year Cleveland receiver Cedric Tillman. Over the Browns' last three games, Tillman has been targeted an eye-popping 32 times, which has resulted in 255 yards and three TDs on 21 receptions.

Coming out of the team's Week 10 bye, Tillman and this passing attack draw a juicy matchup with a Saints secondary that's been injury-stricken and was further depleted by the organization's decision to ship Marshon Lattimore to the Washington Commanders in a deadline deal. New Orleans has allowed the NFL's third-most receiving yards (1,693) to opposing WRs this season.

DraftKings Tight Ends - Week 11 DFS Picks

Hunter Henry - LAR at NE ($3,900)

Though he's coming off a stinker against Chicago last week, I'm still bullish on Hunter Henry's prospects with Drake Maye under center. The two have formed an obvious rapport since Maye was inserted into the Patriots starting lineup in Week 6. Henry has earned five or more targets and scored 9.5 or more DK points in four of Maye's five starts.

His Week 11 matchup against the Rams is a juicy one. L.A. has been haunted by the TE position this season, ranking 30th in the NFL in yards per target (9.38) allowed to the tight-end spot.

Dawson Knox - KC at BUF ($3,500)

We'll need to monitor this situation, but as of this writing, it looks as though Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid could very well miss the team's Week 11 clash with the Chiefs.

If Kincaid is unable to go, Dawson Knox would immediately become the best salary-saving tight end on the slate at just $3,500. Though the Chiefs defense has been terrific this year, the TE position has been its Achilles' heel, as it has allowed the NFL's most receiving yards (698) to the position.
