The NFL season continues to fly by, and Week 4 has already arrived. If your fantasy football team remains without a win, there's no time to panic, as there is still plenty of time in the season. At RotoBaller HQ, we are back with more fantasy football advice and have updated our Week 4 fantasy football waiver wire rankings for Week 4 of the 2025 NFL season. Nick Mariano has ranked the top 80 free agent options to help you prioritize who to add off the waiver wire.

Several players still have low roster percentages and could have an immediate impact on fantasy teams in 2025. Is Trey Benson the Cardinals' primary running back now that James Conner is likely out for the season with an ankle injury? Does Luther Burden III have a role in Chicago's offense after breaking out for 101 yards and a touchdown against Dallas? Is Tre Tucker a must-add after exploding for 145 yards and three touchdowns against the Commanders?

We have answers to these questions and will guide you with our top 80 fantasy football waiver wire pickups list for Week 4. Time to go make some moves, tweak your fantasy teams, and grab some waiver wire stashes. Good luck, RotoBallers!

Editor's Note: The FFPC Playoff Challenge is back with a massive $500,000 grand prize and $1.35 million total prize pool, paying down to 800th place. Here's the deal: no salary cap, no draft, no pickups, no subs. Choose 10 players, and as NFL teams get knocked out so will your players, so choose your team wisely. The 7,250 entries will sell out quickly, and registrations will close on Saturday January 10th at 4:30 pm ET . Don't wait - get your team now and end your fantasy football season with a shot at $500,000! Sign Up Now!

Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlooks

Some of the top names include Trey Benson, Luther Burden III, Tre Tucker, Dontayvion Wicks, Ollie Gordon II, Hunter Henry, and more.  We recap why these players rostered under 55% in Yahoo! leagues should be on your waiver wire radar for Week 4.

Tre Tucker, WR, Las Vegas Raiders
Week 4 Waiver Wire Rankings: 27

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker caught eight of his nine targets for 145 yards and three touchdowns during Sunday's loss to the Washington Commanders. This was one of the best single-game fantasy performances this season, though it was somewhat aided by Las Vegas taking advantage of garbage time.

Nevertheless, points are points, and managers who rostered or started Tucker will certainly appreciate his huge outing. While Tucker probably won't replicate his 145-yard, three-score game in the future, he'll still be a riser in the Week 4 fantasy rankings. He's an intriguing waiver wire option with low-end flex appeal ahead of his next game against Chicago.

Luther Burden, WR, Chicago Bears
Week 4 Waiver Wire Rankings: 10

Chicago Bears rookie wide receiver Luther Burden III had a breakout game in Sunday's win against the Dallas Cowboys. Burden III hauled in all three of his targets for 101 yards and a score in his team's first win of the 2025 season. Burden III had recorded just two catches for two yards through Chicago's first two games of the season, so this could be the breakout game that propels him into a more consistent role in the Bears' offense.

The 21-year-old has plenty of target competition around him in Chicago, so it will be tough for fantasy managers to trust him until he proves this is more than a one-week blip. Still, the talented rookie is a player to monitor heading into Week 4.

Hunter Henry, TE, New England Patriots
Week 4 Waiver Wire Rankings: 6

New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry looked like an unstoppable force during Sunday's game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Henry has been fairly quiet up until this game, but made a huge splash on Sunday. He hauled in eight of his 11 targets for 90 yards and two touchdowns in the loss. It's worth noting that Henry did briefly exit the game due to a lower-body injury.

However, he returned and looked fine as he scored his second touchdown of the game. Drake Maye hasn't been able to find much success with any of his wide receivers, so Henry appears to be his safety blanket. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect Henry to get double-digit targets every week. However, he should remain in the mix as a low-end TE1 for next week's matchup against the Carolina Panthers.

Trey Benson, RB, Arizona Cardinals
Week 4 Waiver Wire Rankings: 1

Arizona Cardinals running back Trey Benson rushed 10 times for 42 yards and caught three of four targets for nine yards in Sunday's 16-15 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Benson filled in for James Conner, who exited Sunday's loss with an ankle injury. Conner suffered a gruesome ankle injury and did not return.

According to ESPN's Josh Weinfuss, a source told him that they "assume" Conner's ankle injury is severe enough to end his season, but "an official prognosis hasn't been made yet." With Conner set to miss most of the season, Benson becomes a must-add in all leagues and will fill in as Arizona's primary running back with Conner sidelined. The 23-year-old has 125 yards on 21 rushing attempts while catching eight passes for 45 yards over three weeks this season.
