Darnell Mooney, WR, Falcons
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney failed to deliver once again with fellow receiver Drake London (knee) missing Week 14's 37-9 loss to the Seahawks, logging just one catch on four targets for six yards. The 28-year-old nearly had a touchdown catch, but stepped on the sideline before coming back inbounds to make the reception, nullifying the score. After a 64-catch season in 2024, accumulating nearly 1000 yards (992) and five touchdowns, it has been a season to forget for Mooney, now with just 22 catches for 329 yards and one score with just four games to go.
London was a DNP on Monday, so he could miss another contest, but it will likely be a boon to Kyle Pitts Sr.'s stats, not Mooney's. Week 15 brings a matchup with the Buccaneers on the road on Thursday night, against a Tampa Bay pass defense that is middle of the pack in terms of fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers. The veteran will likely be a risky WR3/Flex option in what will be the first round of the fantasy playoffs for most managers.
Kyle Pitts Sr., TE, Falcons
Atlanta Falcons tight end Kyle Pitts Sr. (knee) tied a season-high on Sunday with 10 targets and eclipsed his season-high yardage total -- which was set in Week 13 -- with 90 yards receiving on six catches. He did not find the end zone, as he's still sitting with just one touchdown on the season, but the 25-year-old has been plenty useful on volume alone, especially in PPR leagues. With Drake London (knee) missing the last three games (and also Week 8), the 6-foot-6 tight end has become Kirk Cousins' favorite pass-catcher, averaging eight targets, six receptions, and 64 yards receiving per contest in the four games with Cousins under center this season.
Pitts popped up on the injury report earlier in the week with a knee injury and was a limited participant up to and including Wednesday's practice, resulting in a questionable designation for Thursday's matchup on the road against the Buccaneers. London, however, has been ruled out for TNF, so Pitts could be in line to maintain his temporary status as the team's No. 1 receiver again in Week 15 so long as he's active.
Tampa Bay is middle of the pack in terms of fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends, but the fifth-year pro shapes up as a mid-range TE1 for Thursday, so fantasy managers will want to double-check his status before kickoff.

Mike Evans, WR, Buccaneers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles said that wide receiver Mike Evans (collarbone) has "shown everything he needed to show in practice" to be activated off Injured Reserve for the team's Week 15 matchup against the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday, per Greg Auman of Fox Sports. All indications are pointing to Evans making his return on Thursday night from a broken collarbone that has sidelined him since Week 7.
Across the four games he's been active for this season, the 32-year-old has hauled in 14 receptions for 140 yards and a touchdown on 32 targets. Given the long injury layoff, Tampa Bay could choose to work him back in slowly and limit his snap share in Week 15. Still, Evans could immediately slot in as the Buccaneers' top pass-catcher alongside wide receivers Emeka Egbuka and Chris Godwin. If active, Evans profiles as a low-end fantasy WR2 in Week 15.
Jalen McMillan, WR, Buccaneers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Jalen McMillan (neck) practiced for the third straight day on Wednesday, according to Pewter Report. McMillan has been on Injured Reserve for the entirety of 2025 after suffering a neck injury in the preseason, but it appears he could be trending towards making his return in Week 15 against the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday night. Upon his return, McMillan will be part of a crowded Tampa Bay wide receiver room that includes Emeka Egbuka, Chris Godwin, and Tez Johnson, and could be getting Mike Evans (collarbone) back in Week 15 as well.
McMillan was productive as a rookie in 2024, hauling in 37 catches for 461 yards and eight touchdowns on 58 targets across 13 games. However, the target competition and long injury layoff could lead to a slow reintegration period for the 24-year-old once activated off Injured Reserve. McMillan is a player to monitor for deep-league managers, but should likely be avoided in Week 15 given his uncertain workload.
