Furthermore, he was playing well before the team’s Week 7 bye.
Dowdle has averaged 12 rushing attempts for 52.7 yards and 13 fantasy points per game over his past three contests, totaling 12.6 or more fantasy points twice. More importantly, he has earned a role in the passing game, totaling eight receptions for 72 receiving yards and two touchdowns in those three contests.
