Omarion Hampton Injury Update
Hampton (ankle) has been placed on injured reserve and will miss at least four weeks. The Chargers have been dealt some awful injury news lately, with Hampton sidelined and Najee Harris (Achilles) done for the year. Hassan Haskins and Kimani Vidal will split the bulk of the running back snaps going forward.
Chargers HC Jim Harbaugh said RB Omarion Hampton will be placed injured reserve, sidelining him a minimum of four games due to his ankle injury.

Saquon Barkley Injury Update
Barkley (knee) was listed as a limited participant in practice on Tuesday. The star running back is still trending toward playing on Thursday night, but managers should pay close attention to his status on the final injury report posted Wednesday afternoon.
#Eagles RB Saquon Barkley (knee) was upgraded to a limited participant on today's estimated injury report.

Chuba Hubbard Injury Update
Hubbard (calf) is day-to-day heading into Week 6, according to head coach Dave Canales. The Panthers' primary running back missed last Sunday's game, allowing Rico Dowdle to explode for over 200 yards. Even if Hubbard suits up this week, we're likely looking at a split backfield in Carolina, given how well Dowdle played on Sunday.
With Chuba Hubbard day to day this week and Rico Dowdle having a career day vs. MIA, Dave Canales says Panthers view it as having two good backs. "It's a good problem."

Bucky Irving Injury Update
Irving (foot, shoulder) is expected to miss at least one more week. While he'll likely avoid being placed on injured reserve, he'll have to be patient as he works his way back from injury. Rachaad White should handle at least one more game as the Bucs' lead back.
Turns out that Buccaneers RB Bucky Irving’s shoulder injury, which he did not report to the team until Tuesday last week, is more of an issue than his sprained foot, per sources. Irving is dealing with a shoulder subluxation that is expected to sideline him at least two weeks.… pic.twitter.com/HMxBrLTQ4E

Jaylen Warren Injury Update
Warren (knee) was seen practicing on Monday. While the Steelers don't have to publish an injury report until Wednesday, it was promising to see Warren get back on the field, even in an unofficial capacity. He's trending in the right direction for Week 6.

Tyrone Tracy Jr. Injury Update
Giants head coach Brian Daboll is optimistic that Tracy (shoulder) will be able to play on Thursday night. He was estimated as a limited participant on Tuesday. It's looking like Tracy will enter Week 6 listed as questionable. Even if he does play, he's not a reliable fantasy starter now that Cam Skattebo has taken over the New York backfield.
Brian Daboll is optimistic RB Tyrone Tracy (shoulder) will be able to make his return Thursday night.

Joe Mixon Injury Update
Texans general manager Nick Caserio said that Mixon (foot) has made progress, but it remains unclear whether he'll play in 2025. The team expects to have a better understanding of his season-long outlook over the next three to four weeks. In the meantime, Nick Chubb and Woody Marks will lead the Houston backfield.

Miles Sanders Injury Update
Sanders (foot, ankle) sat out Sunday's game against the Jets in Week 5. His status for Week 6 remains uncertain. Even if Sanders is active this week, he and Jaydon Blue would remain off the fantasy radar in their depth roles behind Javonte Williams.

Tyler Goodson Injury Update
Goodson (groin) did not play last Sunday against the Raiders. His status for Week 6 remains up in the air. If he can't suit up, D.J. Giddens and Ameer Abdullah would occupy depth roles behind Jonathan Taylor.

Antonio Gibson Injury Update
Gibson (knee) tore his ACL during Sunday's win over the Bills. His season is over. New England will search for a new No. 3 running back while Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson continue to battle for the top spot on the depth chart.
Tests today revealed that Patriots RB Antonio Gibson suffered a season-ending torn ACL, per sources.

Travis Homer Injury Update
The Bears have opened the 21-day practice window for Homer (calf). He remains on injured reserve but will be allowed to practice with the team for up to three weeks as they decide whether to activate him or shut him down. If activated, he'd primarily contribute on special teams.

Kene Nwangwu Injury Update
Nwangwu (hamstring) will make the trip to London for Week 6 against the Broncos, according to Jets head coach Aaron Glenn. It's too early to tell whether he'll be active for the international contest. If he does play, he'd primarily contribute on special teams.
#Jets injury update: Jermaine Johnson (ankle) and Kene Nwangwu (hamstring) will make the trip to London and will be evaluated. Michael Carter II (concussion) won't fly with the team, but could fly out later in the week. Kiko Mauigoa (sprained foot) will be fine, per Glenn.
