Week 13 PPR Tight End Rankings for Fantasy Football - Pat Freiermuth, Juwan Johnson, Cade Otton, Brevin Jordan

Juwan Johnson - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, NFL Injury News

Updated Week 13 fantasy football tight end rankings for PPR scoring. Set winning lineups with our Week 13 ranks for fantasy football and the 2023 NFL season.

Howdy RotoBallers! Can you believe it's Week 13 already? There are only two weeks of the fantasy football regular season. Week 13 will be full of challenges as six teams are on the bye. The Ravens, Bills, Raiders, Giants, Vikings, and Bears are off this week. We are here to guide you through the bye weeks and set the most optimal lineup. Today, we will review our Week 13 PPR tight end rankings for the 2023 fantasy football season.

Pat Freiermuth will look to build on his massive performance in Week 12 against the Cardinals this week. The 25-year-old caught nine of 11 targets for 120 yards in last Sunday's win over the Bengals. Let's see where Freiermuth and other essential tight ends such as Juwan JohnsonBrevin JordanCade OttonTyler HigbeeHunter Henry, and Trey McBride rank in Week 13.

Our PPR fantasy football tight end rankings for Week 12 are put together by Nick MarianoScott EngelAndersen Pickard, and Brandon Murchinson. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will find a summary of this week's important fantasy football injury news. There are always critical injuries to track, so check back until kickoff.

Week 13 Tight End Rankings Analysis

A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks for key options in Week 13, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether to start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.

Juwan Johnson, TE, New Orleans Saints
Week 13 Overall PPR Rankings: 89
Week 13 Tight End PPR Rankings: 12

New Orleans Saints tight end Juwan Johnson has battled injuries for most of the 2023 season but is now one of the lone healthy pass catchers in New Orleans. Chris Olave (concussion), Rashid Shaheed (thigh), and Michael Thomas (ankle) are all banged up, with Olave looking like the only one of the trio with a chance of suiting up on Sunday.

Detroit surrenders the fourth-most points per game to opposing tight ends and with so many pass catchers banged up, the opportunity arises for Johnson to break onto the scene at a thin position fantasy-wise. If he is not rostered in your league, scoop him up and don't hesitate to start him on a week with stars like T.J. Hockenson and Dalton Kincaid on bye.

Cade Otton, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Week 13 Overall PPR Rankings: 86
Week 13 Tight End PPR Rankings: 11

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton has seen increased involvement in the offense over the last month or so. In six of his last seven games, Otton has hauled in at least four receptions. Although, Otton has been held to only two touchdowns during that span, which has hurt his fantasy value. He's the third option in the passing offense behind Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.

That is likely going to remain the case going forward. However, Otton does have a fairly solid matchup against the Carolina Panthers this week. He could be a possible TE2 for fantasy managers who are desperate for a tight end.

Brevin Jordan, TE, Houston Texans
Week 13 Overall PPR Rankings: 124
Week 13 Tight End PPR Rankings: 20

Houston Texans tight end Brevin Jordan could operate as the team's No. 1 tight end in Week 13 versus the Denver Broncos. With teammate Dalton Schultz (hamstring) ruled out for the first time this season, Jordan and Eric Saubert are expected to receive more snaps. So far, Jordan has the advantage in the passing attack.

While Saubert has played in just three games and has not been targeted this season, Jordan has logged seven appearances with six catches, 60 yards, and one touchdown. As fantasy managers navigate injuries and bye weeks, Jordan carries some streaming appeal at the tight end position in deeper formats.
