Week 13 PPR Running Back Rankings for Fantasy Football: Zack Moss, Jaylen Warren, Joe Mixon, Javonte Williams, AJ Dillon

Jaylen Warren - Fantasy Football Rankings, Waiver Wire Pickups, Draft Sleepers

Updated Week 13 fantasy football running back rankings for PPR scoring. Set winning lineups with our Week 13 ranks for fantasy football and the 2023 NFL season.

Hey RotoBallers, the weekend is here. Between injuries and bye weeks, fantasy managers might have to dig deep when making those tough start/sit decisions. The Ravens, Bills, Raiders, Giants, Vikings, and Bears are all off this week. At RotoBaller, we always have you covered with our PPR fantasy football running back rankings for Week 13.

Indianapolis Colts star running back Jonatan Taylor (thumb) underwent surgery on his right thumb earlier in the week, sidelining Taylor for 2-3 weeks. Zack Moss will be Indy's lead back while Taylor is sidelined and will have an expanded role in Sunday's matchup against the Titans. Moss erupted for 195 total yards against Tennessee in Week 5. Here's where RotoBaller ranks Moss as well as other key running backs, such as Jaylen Warren, Joe Mixon, Javonte Williams, AJ Dillon, Chuba Hubbard, Breece Hall, Najee Harris, and Rhamondre Stevenson for Week 13.

Our PPR fantasy football running back rankings for Week 11 are put together by Nick MarianoScott EngelAndersen Pickard, and Brandon Murchinson. In addition to our staff rankings, below you will find a summary of this week's important fantasy football injury news. There are always critical injuries to track, so check back until kickoff.

Editor's Note: The FFPC Baby Gorilla Tournament is now open, featuring a $100,000 grand prize and a $675,450 total prize pool! This 12-team, Tight End Premium contest uses a 20-round draft format, with the overall winners determined by total points scored during Weeks 15–17. Week 13 Running Back Rankings Analysis

A new feature has been added to our weekly fantasy football rankings article. Below, you will find our fantasy football outlooks for key running back options in Week 13, which gives readers a matchup preview of that player and advice on whether to start or avoid for the upcoming week. We provide outlooks for all 32 NFL teams, which can be found on our player profile pages and our fantasy football news desk.

Javonte Williams, RB, Denver Broncos
Week 13 Overall PPR Rankings: 37
Week 13 Running Back PPR Rankings: 19

Denver Broncos running back Javonte Williams had a season-high 19.0 half-PPR fantasy points in the Week 10 win over the Buffalo Bills but then had back-to-back lackluster outings the last two games against the Minnesota Vikings and Cleveland Browns. He has double-digit half-PPR performances only three times this year, but all three of them have come during Denver's current five-game winning streak.

Williams has seen 20-plus touches in three of the last four games, too, so the volume is there for him to be an RB2 in fantasy lineups. The 23-year-old has yet to score a rushing touchdown, though, and the Houston Texans defense, which Williams will face in Week 13, is more attackable through the air than on the ground. Houston's D has only allowed 15.5 half-PPR points per game to RBs in the last five weeks.

Jaylen Warren, RB, Pittsburgh Steelers
Week 13 Overall PPR Rankings: 30
Week 13 Running Back PPR Rankings: 17

Pittsburgh Steelers running back Jaylen Warren was outshined by Najee Harris last week but has a great opportunity to bounce back in Week 13 against the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals' run defense has struggled mightily all season, allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to running backs.

Warren and Harris will likely split touches once again on Sunday, putting both firmly in play for fantasy purposes. However, the 25-year-old Warren has been more explosive this season and is consistently involved as a pass-catcher. Because of this, Warren carries a fair amount of upside and should be started as an RB2.

AJ Dillon, RB, Green Bay Packers
Week 13 Overall PPR Rankings: 67
Week 13 Running Back PPR Rankings: 29

Green Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon will face off against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday night in Week 13. The 25-year-old has dealt with a groin injury over the past few weeks and has been limited in practice this past week but was left off the final injury report. With Aaron Jones (knee) out for another week, Dillon will handle the majority of carries against a stiff Kansas City run defense.

The Packers back has averaged 17.5 touches over the past two weeks and should see plenty of work, but he could struggle to finish as a top-24 option unless he is able to find the end zone. The Chiefs allow the 13th-fewest fantasy points per game to the running back position but have given up just five rushing touchdowns, tied for seventh-fewest in the league. Dillon should be considered a fringe RB2 in Week 13.

Chuba Hubbard, RB, Carolina Panthers
Week 13 Overall PPR Rankings: 64
Week 13 Running Back PPR Rankings: 28

Carolina Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard is coming off a productive game in which he scored a touchdown and also caught five passes for 47 yards. He will look to stay hot in Week 13's road matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tampa Bay's defense has been much better against the run than the pass this season, which sets the Panthers up for a pass-first approach this weekend.

Hubbard has been the lead back in Carolina for much of the season, but the Panthers have kept Miles Sanders in the mix as part of a committee, which cuts into the former's workload. The Panthers also have one of the lowest-scoring offenses in the league, which limits Hubbard's upside, setting him up as a flex option in fantasy in Week 13.

Rhamondre Stevenson, RB, New England Patriots
Week 13 Overall PPR Rankings: 22
Week 13 Running Back PPR Rankings: 12

New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson should be started in most fantasy leagues this week versus the Los Angeles Chargers. As the Patriots' passing offense proves to be unreliable, Stevenson has seen an increase in carries and short-yardage receptions.

Over his last three contests, he has 273 rushing yards, 65 receiving yards, and two touchdowns. Even as Ezekiel Elliott maintains a role out of the backfield, Stevenson finds himself firmly in the RB2 tier ahead of Sunday's clash with a very suspect Los Angeles run defense.
