Miami Dolphins defensive back Xavien Howard has requested a trade from the organization. The news was announced through a post on Howard's Instagram account. He noted that him and his agent had proposed a number of adjustments to his contract. The Dolphins declined all his offers, which forced Howard to demand a trade. He is currently two years into a five-year $76.5 million deal. Howard is undoubtedly a better player than his deal indicates. He lead the NFL with 20 passes defended and 10 interceptions last season. Whoever lands Howard is likely going to have to pay a hefty price tag, but will get an elite defensive back in return. The inevitable trade of Howard is going to be a significant loss for the Dolphins defense.--Andy Webb - RotoBallerRead More News
