Toronto Maple Leafs right wing William Nylander brought his season-opening point streak to 16 games as he finished with a goal and two assists in Friday's 3-2 victory against the Red Wings. Nylander fueled the third period comeback with his line scoring three times in the final frame, giving the Maple Leafs a win in Stockholm, Sweden for the 2023 NHL Global Series. Nylander recorded a three-point game for the third time this season, bringing his season totals to 11 goals and 25 points through 16 games. Nylander becomes the 15th different player to have a point streak of at least 16 games to start a season, and he will look to keep the streak alive against the Wild on Sunday.--Denis Vondrus - RotoBaller
