Miami Heat guard/forward Norman Powell (personal) will miss a second consecutive game on Sunday against the Chicago Bulls. He has been ruled out for personal reasons after the team initially listed Powell as questionable. With Powell out, Myron Gardner impressed against the Bulls on Saturday with a 12-point, 11-rebound double-double in his first career start. He could have a larger role again on Sunday, though Davion Mitchell's (shoulder) return will have a significant impact on the rotation.--Taavi Pailk
