Tyler Lockett Plays A Strong Second Fiddle
5 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett isn't the one getting all the headlines following Sunday night's win over the Eagles, but he put up a fine performance. Lockett finished with four catches for 62 yards on a night when Seattle leaned heavily on their passing game. With the run game all but dead in the water, Lockett, D.K. Metcalf, and David Moore were required to step up to help the Seahawks move the ball. Step up they did. Lockett's biggest moment came when he made a spinning acrobatic catch at the sideline for a 29-yard gain that included an incredible bit of footwork that needed a slow-motion review to get right. With a tougher matchup coming next week in Lambeau, Lockett will have to be on top of his game once again.
