Tyler Kroft's Roster Status Remains Unclear
5 years agoBuffalo Bills tight end Tyler Kroft (foot) is still listed on the Physically Unable to Perform list. Kroft broke his foot early in offseason workouts and has missed the first three preseason games. Head coach Sean McDermott and general manager Brandon Beane have had discussions on what do with Kroft in regards to the 53-man roster. One option is to place Kroft on the reserve PUP list, which would sideline him for the first six weeks of the regular season. If Kroft isn't ready by Week 1, that means more playing time for rookies Tommy Sweeney and Dawson Knox. Kroft caught seven touchdowns in 2017, so the productivity is there when he's healthy, but he is off fantasy radars for the time being.
