Tyler Glasnow Has Successful Season Debut
2 years agoTampa Bay Rays right-hander Tyler Glasnow made his first start in 2022 since returning from Tommy John surgery on Wednesday against the Cleveland Guardians, and he looked good, allowing an earned run on two hits (one homer) while walking one and striking out three in three innings of work in the 2-1 loss. Glasnow tossed 50 pitches in the outing and almost topped out at 100 mph with his fastball, so it appears he's fully healthy and ready to make an impact for the Rays in the postseason. The 29-year-old right-hander should make one more regular season start, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to go too deep into his second outing of the 2022 season.
