1 year agoColorado Rockies starting pitcher Tyler Anderson had the longest outing of his career on Friday night as he shut down the Dodgers for eight excellent innings. It was the longest outing by a Rockies starter this season, and it helped guide the team to a 3-1 victory after Wade Davis nailed down the save. Anderson has been money on the road recently as he's posted three straight quality starts when visiting other cities, but pitching at home is always a dangerous prospect. Unfortunately, three of Anderson's next four starts are slated to come at home, so owner probably don't want to rush right out for him just yet.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
