Tua Tagovailoa Practicing In Full
3 years agoMiami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (finger) went from a limited practice on Wednesday to practicing in full on Thursday. Tagovailoa served as Jacoby Brissett's backup the last two weeks due to a middle finger fracture on his left hand, but he entered mid-game last week with Brissett injured and led the team to a win over the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday night. The Miami defense had a lot to do with the win, but Tagovailoa's finger looked just fine and he's already been named the starter in a cake matchup this Sunday against the New York Jets. They've allowed 283.2 passing yards per game, second-most in the NFL. Tua hasn't been great by any means in his second season, but he's at least produced against bad teams, which will make him a strong QB2 choice this weekend in his return to the starting role.
