Tristan Thompson Signing With Celtics
4 years agoFree agent big man Tristan Thompson has agreed to a two-year, $19 million deal with the Boston Celtics, where he'll likely slide into the bench role that Enes Kanter held last season. Thompson is coming off of his worst shooting season since 2013-14, but he still connected on 51.2 percent of his shots and occasionally explored adding some range to his game, attempting a career-high 23 three-pointers. He's averaged a double-double two years in a row, but might see a drop in production with fewer minutes in Boston. Still, he's a solid late addition to fantasy rosters.
