Treylon Burks Returning in Week 13
Washington Commanders wide receiver Treylon Burks (finger) was removed from the team's final Week 13 injury report and will suit up on Sunday night against the visiting Denver Broncos, according to the team's official website. Burks needed surgery on his finger, which is why he was unavailable to play in Week 11 before the team's Week 12 bye. The 25-year-old former first-rounder is now ready to go after upgrading to a full practice on Friday. The Commanders' struggling offense will also get top wideout Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) back for the first time since Week 8. Burks should continue to have a role in Washington with both Noah Brown (groin, knee) and Luke McCaffrey (shoulder) out, but the volume likely won't be enough to warrant attention as a realistic starting fantasy option, especially against an elite Broncos defense. Burks has appeared in only two games for the Commanders this year and has caught all four of his targets for 72 scoreless yards.
