Trevor Story Is A Souvenir Machine
5 years agoColorado Rockies shortstop Trevor Story ripped a solo shot on Monday in Denver, giving him a home run in four consecutive home games as he vies to become the most popular Rockies player through souvenirs alone. Story's 27th home run of the season came in another Colorado loss as the team has underperformed besides having three MVP candidates in the lineup on a daily basis. Story will likely finish the season in the top five of MVP vote recipients, and he's made a solid case for the idea that he's the best shortstop in the National League. With 27 home runs, 16 stolen bases, 67 RBI, 86 runs scored, and a .286 batting average, Story has become one of the best fantasy values in the game.
