Seattle Seahawks rookie cornerback Tre Brown (knee) underwent successful surgery to fix his patellar tendon and medial and lateral retinacular tears. Brown is expected to be on crutches for six weeks and will then have a six- to seven-month recovery period, so his rehabilitation could stretch into the start of the 2022 season. It's a tough blow to an already beat up Seattle secondary, as Brown had emerged as the team's starting left cornerback in his rookie season after his debut in Week 6. D.J. Reed (knee), who is also dealing with a knee injury, isn't a lock to return next Monday against the Washington Football Team. If Reed can't return, the Seahawks will be starting Sidney Jones and Bless Austin on the outside.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
