Boston Bruins defenseman Torey Krug deposited a goal and added an assists (both on the power play) as his team took down the visiting Anaheim Ducks on Thursday. After missing the first 11 games of the season due to an ankle injury, the 27-year-old has come firing out the gate with 21 points (four goals, 17 assists) in his first 24 games on the campaign. Producing at a 72-point pace (over 82 games), Krug could still surpass his career-high of 59 points established last season. Given his outstanding power-play production (13 points on the man advantage) and heavy shot volume (66 shots), the Michigan native has become a legitimate top-tier defenseman in most fantasy formats. With the Bruins expected to get some key players back from injury in the near future, Krug's production shouldn't begin to regress anytime soon.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
