Tommy Fleetwood has recently started a negative trend of poor third-round performances on the PGA Tour. With his 71 at TPC Boston, the Englishman has now shot even-par or worse in three of his previous four third-round appearances. Fleetwood has shown that he is a phenomenal closer on Sunday and seems to make runs to get himself into contention, but they will continue to be all for naught if the 27-year-old can't figure out how to fix some of his egregious errors the day prior. Fleetwood has had a sensational year on tour, but he has gotten to the point that his success during the season is graded based off of victories. We need to see Fleetwood capture his first title on the PGA Tour here soon if he wants to take the next step in his maturation process. Until that happens, the 12th-ranked player in the world will remain stagnant in his level of notoriety.--Spencer Aguiar - RotoBaller
