5/6:According to Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson, new offensive coordinator Todd Haley has "total autonomy" over the team's offense in 2018. This is noteworthy because Jackson is known as an offensive-minded coach who insisted on calling his own plays instead of hiring an OC in his first two years with the team, in which the team went 1-31. Jackson went on to state that Haley is one of the "best in the business" and that he has complete trust in him. This is good news for Browns fans because Jackson can now focus on the bigger picture aspects of running a team while Haley has a proven track record as an offensive mind in the NFL. The Cleveland offense is loaded at the skill positions and has a chance to take a big step forward in 2018.--Matt Terelle - Rotoballer
