Timothy Liljegren Back For Maple Leafs Saturday
12 months agoToronto Maple Leafs defenseman Timothy Liljegren (ankle) will return from a 17-game absence on Saturday against the Penguins. He's missed a month and a half of action after suffering a high ankle sprain in a game against Boston on Nov. 2. Liljegren has made 10 appearances over the course of the season, recording one point and eight hits with 18 blocks. He might replace T.J. Brodie (illness), who is a game-time decision for Saturday's tilt.
