4 years agoSan Jose Sharks forward Timo Meier will be sidelined with a lower-body injury and miss his team's contest against the St. Louis Blues on Monday. The 24-year-old missed Saturday's loss to Vegas with the injury as well. It should be considered tough news for fantasy owners who held onto Meier as struggled out of the gates in 2020-2021 but has registered seven points (two goals, five assists) over his past four contests. Meier (64% owned in Yahoo! leagues) has 15 points (four goals, 11 assists), seven power-play points, 64 shots and 36 hits in 21 games.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
