Tiger Woods Has Roller Coaster Genesis Outing
Tiger Woods' second start of 2019 wasn't short on drama. After starting the Genesis Open with two lackluster rounds, Woods electrified golf fans with a sizzling third-round 65. He kept the momentum going in the final round with three birdies in his first seven holes and climbed into a tie for fifth. The combination of difficult conditions at Riviera and fatigue eventually caught up with the 14-time major champion and Woods faded down the back stretch, falling into a T15 finish with a final-round 72. Despite the disappointing Sunday finish, he'll carry plenty of positive momentum into this week's WGC-Mexico Championship.
