8 months agoOttawa Senators defenseman Thomas Chabot scored a goal and produced two assists, along with nine shots on goal, three hits and one block in the 7-3 win over the New Jersey Devils. Chabot has been a fantasy god to start the season, and this was easily his best performance of the year so far. He's now up to four goals and 16 assists for 20 points in 15 games. He's put himself in the discussion for the Norris trophy as he now leads all defenseman in points and is also tied for fourth place in all NHL scoring. If he's somehow available in your league, I think it's safe to say he's going to be a dominant defenseman of the future and needs to be added no matter what.--Caden Inaba - RotoBaller
