Lions Defense Struggles Against Seattle
6 years agoThe Detroit Lions defense allowed over 400 yards of offense in the 28-14 loss to Seattle on Sunday. After the Lions jumped out to a 7-0 lead in the first quarter, Seattle scored 28 unanswered points. Russell Wilson was able to find big holes in the Lions secondary for three second-quarter touchdowns, then Chris Carson wore down Detroit in the second half. It's the fifth time in seven games that the Lions have allowed 100 yards rushing, making them one of the worst run defenses in the league. Next week they get to take on the Vikings in Minnesota.
