The Houston Texans signed defensive tackle Maliek Collins to a two-year, $23 million contract extension on Wednesday that includes $20 million guaranteed, according to a source. Collins lands the extension after posting a career-high 37 tackles (27 solo), 3.5 sacks, nine tackles for loss, 10 QB hits and two passes defensed in 15 starts in his second year with the Texans in 2022. The 28-year-old isn't relevant in IDP fantasy leagues, but he's going to continue being a key cog on Houston's defensive line for the next two seasons. Collins was originally a third-round selection by the Dallas Cowboys in 2016 out of Nebraska. He has 165 career tackles (107 solo) and 20.5 sacks in his seven NFL seasons to date.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
