The Houston Texans are parting ways with executive vice president of football operations Jack Easterby, according to sources. It's a significant shakeup of the team's front office after they hired Easterby in 2019. He had a major voice with the organization. Easterby took on a bigger role when Houston fired head coach and general manager Bill O'Brien early in the 2020 season. However, he had been less vocal and visible this year after Lovie Smith was hired as the head coach to replace David Culley. Easterby started his career in the NFL as a character coach with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2011, and he also spent six years with the New England Patriots.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
