Teddy Bridgewater Diagnosed With Concussion
3 years agoDenver Broncos quarterback Teddy Bridgewater (head) was diagnosed with a concussion after falling hard on his head/neck during a run in the 15-10 Week 15 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. Bridgewater was immobilized, placed on a stretcher and carted off the field in the second half. He was immediately taken to a hospital and will remain there overnight, but the good news is that he was moving his extremities and CAT scans and other tests came back normal. Before the injury, Bridgewater went 12-for-22 for 98 yards, rushing three times for 10 yards. As of now, fantasy managers must consider Bridgewater highly questionable to face the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 16. Denver's offense will have a tougher time moving the ball consistently if backup Drew Lock is forced to start that divisional clash.
